How to Measure for Socket Width

When taking this measurement, keep your fist balled up loosely. This measurement will determine the width of the socket, so make sure it is comfortable before measuring.

Measuring for Flexibility

This measurement should also be taken loosely. Measure once with your arm extended all the way and again with your arm flexed. The two measurements will be different. You can either provide both measurements or take a median of the two. This will allow room in the arm for you to flex.
